John is back again!
We have extended the workshop to 8 days of painting from Saturday,
10th August to Sunday the 18th August (inclusive) 2024
(Rest day Wednesday)
Renowned for his magnificent Australian Landscapes John needs little or no introduction with a career spanning over 50 years. The workshop will begin each day with a short theory session followed by a step by step demonstration of each painting by John. You will learn how to create your own beautiful painting by exploring and applying how to mix colours, how to compose a design, understand the use of reflected light and how to handle transparent colours using traditional methods of landscape painting.
The plan is to cover the basics of our usual 4 day workshop and then move to create a much larger and detailed painting during the week. We will also have at least one plein air day subject to the weather…..
For country and interstate students we can organise easels for you along with some art supplies if you need them just let us know at the time of booking.
Accommodation: We usually rent two homes on Bribie Island for those who want accommodation for the workshop. Please let us know if you would like to know more .….

Refund Policy
Please read before booking a workshop.
It is our policy to refund all monies including deposits and part payments paid for a workshop in FULL if we are given 14 days notice by email before the actual workshop date.
If a workshop does not meet our required numbers to proceed, a full refund will be offered or you may transfer the monies over to another of our workshops.
